Mezcalita

Agua del Sol Espadín anchors this citrus-forward mezcal margarita with earthy smoke, while Mommenpop Blood Orange and sour orange juice create a vibrant acidity. The Hellfire bitters lend gentle heat, and the ancho–cinnamon–avocado leaf salt rim ties everything together in a warm, aromatic finish.

Preparation
Prepare the glass by rimming it with a mix of ancho chile powder, ground cinnamon, and crushed avocado leaf salt.
In a shaker filled with ice, combine all liquid ingredients.
Shake well until chilled.
Strain into the prepared Old Fashioned glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a fresh lime leaf.

1.5 oz Agua del Sol Espadín
0.25 oz Mommenpop Blood Orange
0.5 oz Triple Sec
0.25 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Sour Orange juice
2 dashes Bittermen’s Hellfire Habanero bitters
Lime leaf (for garnish)
Ancho chile, cinnamon, and avocado leaf salt (for rim)
